How much does it cost?

Tanzania may sound cheap and exotic but costs can be high in touristic places and even higher during peak holiday periods. Our prices are highly competitive and good value for money for the packaged offered. When comparing with other agencies remember to compare like for like and always look for the “value added”. Group tours generally work on economies of scale as opposed to single travellers, hence you tend to save more in a group than doing it alone. It is is also a “sunnah” to travel in a group of 3 or more.

Breakfast is provided but lunch and dinner is not unless stated in the itinerary but can be arranged by our guide. The food we offer is wholesome and indigenous to the area, thus giving an authentic feel to the tour.

The package DOES NOT include international flights and VISA [prior application at local respective embassy is preferred but can be bought on arrival]  but it does INCLUDE airport transfers and local transportation (4×4 & driver, mini-bus, and ferry-boat), accommodation all the places of visit including the safari lodges with breakfast, and specific meals where stated in the itinerary, entrances to all the places stated,  local professional qualified and registered guides

Discounts can be negotiated depending on group numbers.

Prices are stated in UK Sterling. For prices in other currencies such as Euros, Dollars, etc, you are requested to calculate these using the latest foreign currency rates.

Tailored made tours for private groups for ANY DATEs can be arranged but a minimum number of 2 people is required and will be priced based on the number of travellers. Alternatively, we have open group dates in the following dates only!

No children allowed and only adults and minimum age is 18 (adult) and for the tour go ahead, 6 confirmed and paid bookings are required within the deadline date.

Cost per package per adult: £1750 per person (after deadline £1800)

Single Supplement – Extra £400 per person for whole trip (and £500 after the deadline)

Payment details

This tour will now require an administrative deposit of £30 to be paid at the first instance in order for the reservation to be confirmed. This fee is included in the total tour price but is non-refundable, irrespective of whether the tour goes ahead or the minimum number of participants is achieved. This is aimed at ensuring that those who make a booking are serious and committed to the tour since Islamic Travels will already have allocated time and resources to develop and implement the package in conjunction with local partners who themselves will have committed to delivering the service.

Full payment is required to secure the booking and the balanced must be CLEARED 7 WEEKS BEFORE departure. This is a requirement from our local partner to ensure commitment, hotel rooms and logistics.

Payment Methods

Once booking details are complete, an e-invoice will be sent to you by email. This can be paid by:
– Debit / Credit cards / BACS transfer
– Cheques or CASH payments

Cancellation and Refunds

If you must cancel your trip, you must do so in writing i.e. email. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation. This reflects only our costs of administering a reservation and is not intended to be punitive in any way. We realise that the majority of those who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity. Refunds will be processed 10 days after our receipt of your written cancellation.
