How much does it cost?
Please note that Turkey is G20 country with a growing economy and hence its purchasing power has strengthened. This is reflected in the currency which now averages around £1:2 Turkish Lira’s. Istanbul is one of the biggest cities in the world with a population of 15 million thus prices will be high and even higher during peak and holiday season. For example a can of cola can cost up to £2 or more. Our prices, are very competitive and good value for money for the packaged offered. When comparing with others, please always compare like for like and always look for the “value added”. Group tours always work on economies of scale as opposed to single or the self traveller hence overall you will be saving more in a group than doing it alone.
Our packages EXcludes return flights, but professional guides, all local transportation and transfers, breakfast, meals where stated in the itinerary, hotel accommodation, entrances to places of visit are provided for. Please note, hotels or coaches in Turkey consider anyone over the age of 12 as full board.
Discounts can be negotiated depending on group numbers but minimum of 15-16 adults for a tour but FLIGHTs MUST be confirmed before quotes can be given exactly!
Dates: All year round!
*Children 12 & above are considered full board as they occupy a seat, bed and can eat a full meal.
*Children 6 -11 years of age – Turkish law requires they occupy a seat on transport and hotels & entrances are half price.
*Children 3 – 5 years of age: Turkish law states they occupy a seat for transport and restaurants charge them as full meals but hotels and entrances to places are free.
Single person supplement for tour (i.e. you want a room to yourself) – Please contact us and we will quote according to the package of interest
This tour will now require an administrative deposit of £30 to be paid at the first instance in order for the reservation to be confirmed. This fee is included in the total tour price but is non-refundable, irrespective of whether the tour goes ahead or the minimum number of participants is achieved. This is aimed at ensuring that those who make a booking are serious and committed to the tour since Islamic Travels will already have allocated time and resources to develop and implement the package in conjunction with local partners who themselves will have committed to delivering the service.
Full payment is required to secure the booking AND the balanced must be CLEARED 7 WEEKS BEFORE departure. This is a requirement from our local partner to ensure commitment, hotel rooms and logistics.
Once booking details are complete, an e-invoice will be sent to you by email. This can be paid by: – Debit / Credit cards / BACS transfer – Cheques or CASH payments
Cancellation and refund policy
If you must cancel your trip, you must do so in writing i.e. email. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation. This reflects only our costs of administering a reservation and is not intended to be punitive in any way. We realize the majority of those who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity. Refunds will be processed 10 days after our receipt of your written cancellation.
6 weeks notice from date of travel – Full Refund i.e. full payment refunded
4 weeks notice from date of travel – 50% of full payment refunded
Less than 4 weeks from date of travel – 0% of full payment refunded
